We introduce to the market the “CyberHome” class, which means the integrated houses – fully manageable, customized for the needs of their residents “machines for living”. We are confident that this is the inevitable trend of our times. After all we do already have cars – the entirely computerized machines made for moving.

Knowledge and experience
We employ people with knowledge and expertise along with the engineering and business experience. Among us there are creators of the technologically innovative building, programmers, project managers and engineers – all of them have the passion for their fields, which drives them to keep broadening their knowledge and exploring the newest studies to exchange the best methods with professionals from markets such as USA or Australia, where the modern building technologies have been developing for decades.

Understanding the customer’s expectations
We understand the customer’s expectations and we are devoted to fulfilling their project. We keep an open dialogue with the Investor across all the stages of the process to stay on top of the requirements, needs, to make sure their future home will fit their life style and provide a proper level of service. In case of the commercial investments the key thing for us is to identify the purposes for the future building. We put a lot of attention to the open dialogue with a Building Architect, Construction Company and other parties involved in the building process. In case of any new recommendation from an Investor we can amend the project on the go.

Result oriented
We guarantee the results. We define the targets and KPI’s for every stage of the projects, thanks to which, either ourselves or an Investor are able to monitor the quality of the work, the effectiveness of the undertaken solutions or the look of the final effect.

Unique
know-how
The tools and methods we apply are already recognized on the market. We put a lot of effort into improving our know-how – the CyberHome System. While doing so, we use the technologies, hardware and operating systems, which are approved, stable, most effective and beneficial to our customer. Preferably, we apply the open-source systems (KNX, Crestron), as using them we can fulfill any of our customer’s requirements. Should we use other, defined, systems, we are forced to limit the Investor with the functionalities available for those.

We manage our projects efficiently. We are successful because we know how to consolidate customer’s requirements, targets and expectations with the wide spectrum of our know-how along with the capabilities of our large multi-skilled team.

Holistic approach
Our principal is to perceive all the building installations (including the HVAC – heating, venting and air conditioning) as a whole. This applies either in the aspect of the compatibility of the devices and systems, or handling all the stages of the project (design, execution, technical service). This is the only approach that guarantees the effectiveness and reliability of the implemented solutions, substantial savings in the investment process, further utilization and, finally, the otherwise unachievable functional solutions.

We are not slaves of the common technological standards. Depending on the range of functionalities required by the customer and the budget, we select an optimal system architecture.
We respect our customer’s point of view. We do not impose our solutions, but, at the same time, we try to share the experience gathered over the years as well as to prevent from making the obvious mistakes.
We want the customer to achieve the full satisfaction from the features and possibilities given by his home, the basis of which is the applied technology.
