Intruder in the garden

Intruder crosses the infrared barrier in the garden
The communicate “Please leave the premises” triggers and plays from the garden speakers
If at night, the garden lighting turns on
The communicate “Intruder in the southern garden” triggers and plays from the multiroom speakers inside the house
The feed from the cam in the relevant zone displays on the TV in the room where the tenants are currently

The owner is asked for the decision either by a text message or via the touch panels
If there’s no decision and the intruder is detected by the building elevation’s sensors as approaching:

– all the entrance doors get locked
– the interior lights switch on
– the alarm siren goes off
– the security intervention team gets notified

Functional Scenario:

Home Cinema projection

Home cinema climate adjusts to what was scheduled or manually set with an order (waking from a standby mode: temperature, venting, humidity, scent)
At a specified time, or following user’s signal, the cinema doors open, lights turn on, the devices get ready, background music starts playing (multiroom)

After pressing “start the projection”:

– the security alarm arms, all the excessive lighting and devices turn off in the other parts of the building
– the incoming calls get redirected to the cinema room
– the movie plays, seats set to the viewing position, lights get dimmed
– the discreet lighting in the bar switches on
